Index — but does it float (design website)

I don't know who runs this website, but I found it back in the glory days of the internet when surfing on here was still a joy (Rec League brings back that feeling so thank you to it's creators!). Sometimes when I'm having trouble writing lyrics, I'll come here and hit the "random" button until something jumps out at me. Works every time.
